What started for us personally around July 2012 was the purchase of a property management business called Prestige Florida Villas.

Prestige was providing property management services to around 10-12 properties and cleaning services to 30+ more for an external company.

We now manage around 30 vacation homes and provide a games room and cinema room design and development service called Games Room Makers

Purchased Prestige Florida Villas and moved with family to Florida USA from Newcastle, England.

Became members of the then CFVRMA (Central Florida Vacation Rental Managers Association), this is now known as the FLVRMA and is statewide.

One of the first vacation rental management companies to start implimenting several areas of technology for both guests and owners alike.

Digital guests files and owner portals to enhance the interactivity between us and clients.

We were elceted a board member members position of the CFVRMA for 2 years.

Started Games Room Makers our creative room design service which helps create games room and cinema rooms on a budget or bespoke.

Split Prestige into Florida Villa Market and Prestige to better create a visual impact

To date we are developing both arms of our corporation and this new website shows our creative intent ongoing.
